Target Audience – Parents who need to travel regularly for work.

Objectives:
• Remove the stress from the person traveling and create automatic messages to update loved ones with journey details
• Have a safe and private place, with a fun feeling for open and quality communication
• Create an awareness of the time differences for each party
• Help create better communication behaviours for both parties
• Have a history of previous journeys to help comfort those that over worry

3. Co-creation session
Originally the plan was to co-create with the parents, this grew into family affair.
Key findings: Gained insights to the issues and discovered the children wanted to be included in the communication using photos, texts and video messages.

4. Create a storyboard scenario
Scenario to keep the potential client in mind when designing.
5.Sketch and wireframe
Tested side by side communication to create better communication patterns when time zones are an issue.

Ensuring the key features are easily located in the product.
